Group HR Manager – APAC

About the role

Own the end‑to‑end people agenda for the Singapore headquarters and act as the regional HR lead for Asia Pacific. You will build scalable HR policies, governance and systems across multiple legal entities, support the growth of our regional headquarters and new operating hubs, and partner closely with business and finance leadership on workforce planning, cost and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an APAC people strategy covering organisation design, headcount planning, capability building and succession.
• Establish a harmonised HR policy handbook with country‑specific addenda and set delegation of authority, approval workflows and audit‑ready records.
• Lead senior and specialist hiring for the Singapore HQ, manage agencies, employer branding and structured interview processes.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, salary structures, annual salary and bonus reviews, and design retention and incentive schemes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment law, CPF, work‑pass framework and equivalent regulations in other APAC jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 8–12 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a regional APAC HR role within an MNC or fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF and work‑pass framework, plus exposure to at least two other APAC jurisdictions.
• Hands‑on experience across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations and HRIS.
