About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team at Massage Master Pte. Ltd. across Singapore. The role involves delivering a range of spa treatments in a safe, comfortable environment while ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform various spa services such as body treatments and massages.
- Maintain and clean treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring inventory of products is stocked.
- Keep accurate client records and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, recommend retail products and additional services.
- Uphold hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with administration to report any issues.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends.
- Work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Sales experience is an asset.
