Special Education Teacher & School Operations Executive

About the role

Anglo-Chinese School (Academy) is seeking passionate professionals to join its inaugural campus. The school needs dedicated teachers for primary‑level students on the autism spectrum and an Operations Executive to ensure the smooth running of its facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and manage a class of 8‑20 primary students, delivering English, Mathematics, Science and Daily Living Skills.
• Maintain accurate student records, assess progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and service providers to keep the campus safe and functional.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety standards and regulatory compliance across the school premises.
• Respond to feedback from staff, vendors and stakeholders in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Education, Special Needs (e.g., DISE) or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in special education.
• 1‑3 years of facilities or building management experience in a school environment (for the Operations role).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and collaborate with teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with workplace safety and health standards in Singapore.
