Steward – Dish Washing

About the role

Join the dedicated stewarding team at Marina Bay Sands and play a vital part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our food and beverage outlets. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to develop a career in a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning services and garbage disposal in F&B outlets.
• Wash kitchen equipment such as plates, utensils, pots, ice machines, and trolleys.
• Polish silver, bronze, and copper kitchenware.
• Ensure proper dish‑washing processes and maintain equipment.
• Clean kitchen floors, walls, shelves, and filters.
• Participate in overnight kitchen cleaning.
• Record any breakages or damaged equipment in the stewarding log.
• Assist in other functions as directed by the Stewarding Supervisor and Chief Stewards.

Required profile

• Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred) and stewarding experience is an advantage, though no prior experience is required.

Required skills

• Basic Food Hygiene knowledge.
