Bellman & Concierge – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, service‑oriented individual to join our team as a Bellman & Concierge. This dual role is essential in delivering seamless and memorable experiences for our guests at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Assist with luggage handling, escort guests to rooms, and orient them to room facilities.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Support loyalty programme enrolments and coordinate VIP guest arrangements.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to manage guest arrivals, departures, and room moves.
• Arrange transportation services, including taxis and airport transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby, entrance, and driveway areas.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback promptly to relevant departments.
• Ensure proper handling and security of guest belongings in line with safety procedures.
• Provide operational support during peak periods, events, or as needed by the Front Office team.

Required profile

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or bell service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment and handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
• Physically able to assist with luggage handling and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to guest service excellence.
