About the role

We are looking for a proactive Stockroom Assistant to support our back‑of‑house operations in Singapore. The role ensures smooth stock flow, accurate labeling and minimal losses, contributing directly to store performance.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily back‑of‑house operations and oversee stock management.
Perform daily housekeeping of merchandise and verify product labeling.
Ensure proper storage of items and conduct weekly rotating inventories to minimise stock losses.
Track product reservations, special orders and transfer requests.
Assist the Store‑in‑Charge with overall store operations.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and service‑oriented.

Required skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
