Store Assistant & Driver (Warehouse & Delivery)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Store Assistant cum Driver to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The role combines warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing goods with driving responsibilities for order dispatch and collection.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack and issue finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements in ZOHO Inventory, including receiving, issuing, transfers and adjustments.
• Prepare, load, deliver and collect customer orders, verifying quantities and obtaining proof of delivery when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods while keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organized.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, keep the company vehicle clean and ensure it is well‑maintained.
• Follow company safety procedures and comply with traffic regulations during deliveries.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Singapore driving licence.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory or delivery operations (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use ZOHO Inventory or similar inventory management systems.
