About the role
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Designer for Store Design to join its Store Design & Visual Merchandising team in Singapore. This role focuses on producing high‑quality CAD and Vectorworks drawings, ensuring design consistency, and translating site and retailer requirements into precise technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support all projects to meet brand requirements and review site conditions.
- Maintain and update the library of material specifications for each market.
- Coordinate with regional shop‑fitters, project managers, procurement, and material suppliers.
- Produce accurate technical build drawings for skincare retail environments.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery efficiency.
- Drive necessary changes to retailer requirements and store sites when required.
Required profile
- BA (Hons) in Architecture or Interior Design from Singapore/APAC region.
- 3‑5 years experience in leading shop‑fitter or construction firms with retail design expertise.
- Proficiency in Apple Mac environment and the Adobe suite.
- Strong time‑management, attention to detail, and project‑management skills.
- Passion for working with market‑leading beauty brands.
