Strategic Account Manager – Lifestyle & Home (TikTok Shop)

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead our Lifestyle, Home & Living seller portfolio on TikTok Shop in Singapore. You will partner with merchants to grow their business, optimise category performance and deliver a compelling shopping experience through content‑driven commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of Lifestyle, Home & Living sellers, ensuring their long‑term success on TikTok Shop.
• Drive category growth initiatives such as seller segmentation, assortment optimisation and campaign participation.
• Collaborate with sellers to enhance their TikTok Shop operations via content creation, livestreaming, promotions and creator partnerships.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support onboarding, incubation and scaling of high‑potential sellers within the category.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (content, marketing, creator, operations) to execute initiatives.
• Track key metrics and continuously optimise seller performance and buyer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Lifestyle industry, working with brands, distributors, retailers or platforms in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
• Deep knowledge of the Lifestyle, Home & Living ecosystem, market structure, trends and consumer behaviour.
• Strong network of relationships with brands, distributors, retailers, creators and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate industry knowledge into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
