About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations in our catering store located in Aljunied, Singapore. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily store activities.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.
  • Supervise and coach a team of service staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health standards.

Required profile

  • Previous management experience in the catering or food‑service industry.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt schedules and operational needs.
