Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations at SAN FOOD INDUSTRIES. The role involves overseeing the full production process, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach team members.
• Manage daily production, purchasing, inventory, stock, and work schedules.
• Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process from material procurement to handover to the warehouse.
• Create, maintain, and update the SAP system and ISO documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Collaborate with inter‑departments to ensure production schedules are met.

Required profile

• Secondary level education or equivalent.
• Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Required skills

• SAP system usage and maintenance.
• ISO documentation management.
• Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom operations.
