Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

BullionStar is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will partner closely with hiring managers in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions and design sourcing strategies.
• Manage work‑pass applications and related documentation with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower, ensuring smooth onboarding for foreign hires.
• Maintain recruitment records, databases and metrics, using data to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks or candidate‑experience gaps and propose actionable improvements.
• Leverage AI and recruitment technology to streamline screening, job description drafting and overall process efficiency.

• Sharp, dependable and detail‑oriented.
• Curious and eager to grow within HR and talent acquisition.
• Ownership mindset – comfortable taking initiative rather than following rigid instructions.

• Competitive salary of S$3,000‑S$4,000 per month.
