Talent Acquisition Specialist – APAC

About the role

Castlery is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the APAC region to join its People team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for Retail and Operations functions, ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience that aligns with the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Customer Experience, Logistics Operations, retail, and warehouse roles across APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and create hiring plans that meet business timelines.
• Proactively source high‑quality talent using diverse channels and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Track pipeline health, provide regular updates, and use data to improve time‑to‑hire and conversion rates.
• Represent Castlery positively in the market and help strengthen the employer brand.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to hire for both frontline (retail, warehouse) and corporate roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Experience working with international stakeholders across different time zones is a plus.
