About the role

The Team Lead – Private Wealth will drive Moomoo Singapore’s next phase of private‑wealth growth. This player‑coach position requires you to acquire high‑net‑worth clients while building and leading a new frontline team.

Key responsibilities

• Personally originate and acquire HNWIs, family offices and SME clients to accelerate AUM growth.
• Meet individual and early‑team KPIs for client funding, assets under management and revenue during the first six months.
• Leverage personal networks, strategic partnerships and market insights to build a disciplined pipeline with clear conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and channel teams to execute targeted acquisition campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard and coach Relationship Managers, Assistant Relationship Managers and other frontline roles according to the approved expansion plan.
• Instill a collaborative, client‑centric culture with high performance and compliance discipline.
• Establish ongoing coaching routines, performance reviews and career‑development pathways for team members.
• Provide strategic guidance and frontline service excellence to clients.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and a track record of acquiring high‑net‑worth clients.
