Tech Recruiter (AI Startup)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fast‑growing AI‑focused startup. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, focusing on hard‑to‑find technical talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data and related roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and creative outbound methods.
• Conduct high‑quality outreach and headhunting to engage passive talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates for technical capability and cultural fit, and guide them through the interview process.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Help strengthen employer branding and refine recruiting processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech company or startup.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data scientists, etc.
• Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results.
• Fluent English communication skills.
