Technical Executive / Architectural BIM Coordinator

About the role
The Technical Executive / Architectural BIM Coordinator will lead the BIM and regulatory compliance efforts for a healthcare‑focused architecture practice in Singapore. You will ensure that all design and construction documentation meets local planning and building codes while supporting cross‑functional teams throughout project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure design and construction drawings comply with Singapore planning and building codes at every project stage.
- Lead preparation and coordination of drawing packages, statutory calculations (e.g., GFA) and authority submissions such as TOP/CSC.
- Oversee BIM models to meet Singapore standards and maintain audit‑ready submission records.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants and internal design teams on regulatory matters, attend site meetings and support inspections.
- Supervise junior technical staff in line with ISO 9001 guidelines.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, BIM, or a related construction field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements and building codes.
- Singaporean citizenship or PR preferred.
