Technical Support Service Specialist

About the role

Philips is seeking a Technical Support Service Specialist to provide both remote and onsite technical assistance for its Enterprise Informatics solutions used in healthcare environments. The role ensures system availability, resolves incidents, and supports customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for Enterprise Informatics Clinical Suite and related solutions.
• Handle high‑severity incidents after hours on an on‑call roster.
• Troubleshoot software, database, infrastructure, integration, and workflow issues.
• Manage cases in ServiceNow and document all activities according to support processes.
• Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, health checks, installations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Support system migrations, hardware refresh projects, configuration validation, and post‑upgrade testing.
• Coordinate onsite activities with customer IT teams and clinical users.
• Diagnose moderately complex issues, participate in critical incident investigations, and escalate to regional or global product teams when needed.
• Assist with deployment, commissioning, and enhancement of new systems.

Required profile

• Frontline technical resource capable of managing incidents and supporting customer operations.
• Willingness to work on‑call rotations and handle after‑hours incidents.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with IT teams and clinical users.
