Technician I – Repair Processes

About the role
We are looking for a Technician I to join our aerospace maintenance team. The role focuses on executing various repair processes while adhering to tight production schedules and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform chemical cleaning, masking, blasting and related repair operations.
- Meet demanding production schedules and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repair activities.
- Participate in quality, safety, cost‑control initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher NITEC qualification in a chemical or engineering discipline.
- Willingness to work shift rotations and overtime as needed.
- Preferably experienced in component overhaul or repair industry.
- Knowledge of engine MRO workshop processes is an advantage.
- Basic command of written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude, team player and eagerness to learn.
