Technician – PFC Abatement & Wet Scrubber Maintenance

About the role
STMicroelectronics is seeking a Technician to join its Central Maintenance Team. The role focuses on the corrective and preventive maintenance of PFC abatement and wet scrubber systems that support the company’s semiconductor production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on PFC abatement systems.
- Maintain Ecosys scrubber systems and associated exhaust lines.
- Respond quickly to unscheduled equipment breakdowns to restore operation.
- Carry out 5S housekeeping activities in the work area.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and support safe work practices.
Required profile
- Understanding of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) concepts.
- Basic troubleshooting ability for PFC abatement, wet scrubber, and exhaust systems.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology.
- Commitment to workplace safety and health (WSH) practices.
