Telesales Officer (Bank) – 6‑Month Contract, Up to $3K + Commissions

About the role
The Telesales Officer will join a leading bank on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to promote banking products to the existing customer base and support onboarding activities both onsite and offsite.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the bank's products to existing customers.
- Assist with customer onboarding, both onsite and offsite.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers.
- Maintain 100% compliance with internal processes and controls.
- Address customer needs related to unsecured lending products.
Required profile
- Minimum O level qualification or higher.
- At least 6 months experience in a sales role.
- Self‑motivated with strong influencing and negotiating abilities.
- Flexible, high‑energy team player able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
