Telesales Officer – Banking (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Telesales Officers to join our banking team on a contract basis. In this role you will engage customers via outbound calls to promote, upsell and retain loan products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in objection handling.
• Sales‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
• Prior sales or telesales experience is a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a “can‑do” approach.
