About the role
We are looking for dynamic Telesales Officers to join our banking team on a contract basis. In this role you will engage customers via outbound calls to promote, upsell and retain loan products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote, upsell and retain loan products.
- Handle and overcome customer objections effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage leads to maximise conversion within set timelines.
- Ensure a positive customer onboarding journey.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in objection handling.
- Sales‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
- Prior sales or telesales experience is a plus.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a “can‑do” approach.
