Temenos WTX Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Temenos WTX Consultant to support the design, implementation and testing of private banking solutions for our client in Singapore. The role involves technical leadership, architecture governance and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the project solution process, review and validate the initial high‑level solution design together with stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Security Architect, Infra Architect, other Application Domain Architects) for Technology Architecture Governance reviews and approvals.
• Partner with System Analyst to ensure technical design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
• Standardise and maintain the application architecture across various bank applications within the domain and recommend new technologies for improvement opportunities.
• Address and resolve technical issues such as connectivity, penetration testing, performance testing, and code scanning throughout all project phases.
• Support functional and non‑functional testing to ensure system requirements are delivered as per the Functional Specification Document (FSD).
• Propagate knowledge to the project team to enable quality testing.
• Engage with system vendors to clarify technical requirements for end‑to‑end implementation.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specifications and technical design during build, test and deployment phases.

Required profile

• Experience with Temenos Wealthsuite products such as EdgeConnect, TCIB, Triple A+ GUI, WUI, OData and WTX.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting and working with Sybase or Oracle databases.
• Hands‑on delivery experience of private banking solutions and at least one end‑to‑end application delivery.
• Extensive experience as a technical lead in large cross‑functional or enterprise projects.
• Strong application analysis, design, system integration and code review skills in the private banking/wealth management space.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and a resilient mindset.
• Deep technical background in integration, API micro‑services concepts, software design patterns, event‑based processing and OCP‑based applications.
• Experience in Java, OCP or micro‑services based development, web/mobile development and Temenos Wealthsuite products; TAP Core knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration and n‑tier application architecture.
• Experience with process methodologies, frameworks and development methods.
