Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the development and execution of the training strategy for a luxury retail market, ensuring the boutique teams deliver Dior’s high‑standard client experience. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage a training and fashion‑styling team, coach staff, and align learning initiatives with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the training team and collaborate with the Country Manager to design and implement effective training programs.
• Build and monitor a market‑specific training action plan and an annual training roadmap.
• Partner with regional teams to align training strategies and update training materials.
• Manage the training budget in line with company guidelines.
• Deliver corporate retail training, seasonal collection briefings, and onboarding sessions.
• Analyse training data (DIOR(K)NOW, DIOR(CX), TRAINING TRACKER) to evaluate impact.
• Coach boutique leaders and staff on selling techniques, brand knowledge, and soft‑skill development.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the Dior experience across all client interactions.

Required profile

• University degree (relevant field).
• Proven experience in training, learning & development or retail coaching, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
