UAT Tester – 9‑Month Contract – SGD 4,000‑4,500/month

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented UAT Tester to join our team on a 9‑month contract. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers and end‑users to ensure that the solution meets all business requirements before release.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop, execute and maintain UAT test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Coordinate UAT testing sessions with end‑users and capture feedback.
• Identify, document and track defects, and verify fixes.
• Communicate test results to development teams and ensure all requirements are met.
• Assist in setting up UAT test environments and preparing test data.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results and defect logs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of UAT processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating testing activities with end‑users.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
