SAP S/4HANA

Job description

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to lead tower support for a global SBFHE cluster on a short‑term contract. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery, testing coordination and acting as the bridge between business units and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end delivery of the assigned tower across all countries in the cluster, serving as the single point of accountability.
Apply deep SAP S/4HANA process and technology knowledge to capture comprehensive business design considerations and SOPs.
Document SOPs based on published BWLs to support business processes.
Coordinate country‑level testing activities, address SIT execution issues, triage defects, support UAT and verify exit criteria.
Facilitate communication between BU teams, BU Tech Lead, SAP module consultants, change management, MDM and programme delivery partners.
Shift business involvement to input, consultation and approval, ensuring BAU experts validate and decide rather than deliver.
