UX Designer – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

About the role

The company is looking for a UX Designer to join its product design team. You will own end‑to‑end UX design across multiple product initiatives, collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create design concepts, mock‑ups, prototypes and interactive experiences to support product ideation and testing.
• Identify user needs, define problems and develop innovative, user‑centred design solutions based on research insights.
• Contribute to design systems, patterns, style guides and design languages for consistent, scalable experiences.
• Participate in UX research and testing, incorporating feedback and data to iterate on designs.
• Work with product managers, engineers, researchers and other stakeholders to communicate design intent and influence product decisions.
• Help shape design strategy, adapting solutions to evolving product requirements and technology constraints.
• Prepare high‑quality design specifications, mock‑ups and deliverables for development.
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions.
• Plan and prioritise design activities across projects, managing competing priorities and communicating progress.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in UX, product design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and visual design.
• Proven ability to manage and execute design projects independently.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, marketing or research teams.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills.
