Warehouse Assistant (Quality Control)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant focused on Quality Control to join our operations team. The role involves ensuring parcels meet standard operating procedures and supporting continuous improvement in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct random checks on parcels to verify compliance with SOPs.
• Identify quality issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Assist in basic investigations of operational errors.
• Detect recurring errors and support preventive actions.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks based on warehouse needs.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School education or NITEC in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• At least 3 months experience in warehouse, logistics, e‑commerce or similar environment (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and able to lift items up to 15 kg.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day shift schedule, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
