Warehouse & Logistics Assistant – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. You will ensure smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, report damages or discrepancies.
• Label, sort and put away goods in designated locations, optimizing space usage.
• Perform cycle counts, stock checks and report variances.
• Pick, pack and label orders for local delivery, export or customer collection.
• Assist with loading/unloading of delivery vehicles and coordinate with 3PL providers.
• Update inventory movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP promptly.
• Follow Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to work accurately under time pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.

Required skills

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for inventory tracking.
