Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end flow of goods, ensuring that orders are planned, shipped and documented accurately for key customers. You will act as the main liaison between customers, internal departments and external partners to guarantee smooth warehouse and transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all movements along the supply chain and monitor daily order and shipment planning across multiple transportation modes.
• Liaise with customers via email and telephone for documentation and administrative matters.
• Coordinate warehouse and shipping activities with IT, customs brokerage, transport and freight teams.
• Ensure proper handling of shipping documents such as FTA and MSDS and maintain linkage with the warehouse management system.
• Meet key performance indexes, track discrepancies, damages and follow up with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee export shipments and local orders, guaranteeing timely and accurate documentation.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, drive cost‑control initiatives and identify process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proven experience in order customer service, shipping processes and documentation.
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset, service‑oriented and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
