Warehouse Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (Singapore)

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations for a food manufacturing facility in Bedok, Singapore. You will ensure smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of raw materials, packaging and finished goods while maintaining food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, allocating manpower and work assignments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and conduct regular stock and cycle counts.
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and ensure proper handling of chilled and frozen products.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Prepare inventory and operation reports and track KPIs such as inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, cold‑chain or related environments is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with production, procurement, business development and logistics teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong inventory management capabilities.
