Account Manager – Audience Media

About the role

Epsilon is looking for an Account Manager to join its Audience Media team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Epsilon Digital (DMS) campaigns while collaborating closely with internal partners and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client and agency communications, ensuring satisfaction and delivery quality.
• Support the strategic development and execution of digital campaigns, contributing to media recommendations, audience strategy, and media flow planning.
• Interpret client briefs to create comprehensive omnichannel media plans and manage campaigns from activation through optimisation, reporting, and post‑campaign insights.
• Coordinate with client services, operations, creative, and third‑party partners to deliver campaigns accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and support account growth alongside Senior Account Managers.
• Own day‑to‑day reporting, weekly updates, campaign analysis, and assist finance and operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in an agency or media company.
• 3+ years of experience in digital media planning or media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of the media landscape in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns under pressure.

• Programmatic advertising expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
