About the role

CHOW, a creative agency serving food & beverage and hospitality brands, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily client interactions, content scheduling, and vendor coordination. The role is hands‑on, client‑facing, and ideal for someone who can juggle multiple moving parts while maintaining composure under deadline pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client communication, ensuring content approvals and schedules stay on track.
• Coordinate multiple vendors within the account’s scope and act as the primary liaison between internal teams, the client, and external partners.
• Monitor and report on account performance, working with the Performance Manager on paid‑ad initiatives.
• Support the Content Strategist by presenting plans, gathering feedback, and managing revisions.
• Facilitate content approval processes, implement client revisions, and update accounts accordingly.
• Schedule and publish finalized content on time across social channels.
• Monitor daily queries and complaints, responding promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Provide occasional on‑site support for production shoots and operations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in account or client servicing, preferably with retail, mall, or multi‑stakeholder accounts.
• Proven ability to manage several vendors and workstreams in parallel without dropping the ball.
• Strong daily communication habits; clear, concise, and calm under pressure.
• Confidence representing the agency directly to clients, including handling escalations.
• Availability for occasional on‑site presence to support shoots or production.
• Freelance capacity for daily or near‑daily involvement over a one‑year contract.
