Analyst - Supply Chain Integration & Reporting

About the role

The Analyst – Supply Chain Integration & Reporting will join Rio Tinto’s Global Integrated Planning function supporting the Lithium Product Group. Based in Singapore, the role provides end‑to‑end visibility of the Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) network, linking upstream production in Argentina, downstream processing, tolling and global sales of a diverse lithium portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a node‑level view of the LCE supply chain, tracking inventory positions and material flows across production sites, conversion facilities and distribution points.
• Track, reconcile and validate monthly material movements to ensure alignment across production, processing, sales and inventory balances.
• Consolidate and validate global datasets to maintain an accurate view of production, sales and inventory.
• Partner with upstream operations, downstream processing sites and commercial teams to understand performance drivers, constraints and variances.
• Participate in regular operational and commercial forums, staying aligned with day‑to‑day developments.
• Work with Finance to support monthly, quarterly and year‑end reporting, providing analysis and explanations of operational performance.
• Prepare management reporting, translate operational data into clear insights and analyse variances between plan and actual outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to integrate production, conversion, sales and inventory data.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment and collaborating with operations, commercial and finance teams.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support decision‑making.
