APAC Project Manager – Microsoft Ecosystem

About the role

This position leads technology projects across the APAC region for a fast‑growing Microsoft Partner. You will work directly with senior customers, translating complex ERP, CRM, data and AI conversations into tangible business outcomes while staying ahead of Microsoft’s evolving product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Partner with customers and senior stakeholders to understand objectives, priorities and commercial drivers.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, Data & AI and emerging technologies into broader transformation roadmaps.
• Drive delivery while balancing customer expectations, commercial considerations and technical realities.
• Translate complex technology discussions into clear actions, priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Stay current on Microsoft product developments, AI capabilities and relevant technology trends.
• Challenge assumptions and help customers focus on genuine business value.
• Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership when the path forward is unclear.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end technology project delivery experience across ERP, CRM or enterprise applications.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management capability.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing business priorities with customers.
• Microsoft experience is highly advantageous; adjacent enterprise technology experience also considered.
• Genuine curiosity about Data & AI, Copilot and Agentic AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ability to move between different technology conversations without becoming narrowly focused.
