Architectural Site Foreman

About the role

The Architectural Site Foreman supports the Site Agent/Manager by coordinating subcontractors and on‑site workers on architectural works. The role ensures that all activities follow project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Collaborate with subcontractors on work methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety provisions on the site for all personnel.
• Assist in daily manpower and resource planning, record man‑hours, and address site‑level issues.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Identify potential schedule impacts and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in building or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and detail documents.
• Participation in at least one completed building project.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of on‑site safety and housekeeping standards.
