Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

Heineken is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help shape the future of its iconic brands. You will work closely with the global brand team, driving integrated marketing strategies that connect with consumers and reflect cultural trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences and performance metrics.
• Create agency briefs, lead briefings and manage advertising, PR, event and sponsorship campaigns.
• Ensure high‑quality execution across all consumer touchpoints (digital, social, OOH, POS).
• Plan, monitor and report on the brand budget, tracking quarterly brand health and adjusting tactics as needed.
• Produce compelling presentations and storytelling materials using visual tools.
• Analyse market intelligence, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Navigate performance dashboards to compile monthly brand performance updates.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
