Assistant Director / Senior Manager of Digital Strategy & Performance

About the role

The Assistant Director / Senior Manager of Digital Strategy & Performance will lead Raffles Hotel Singapore’s digital agenda, driving e‑commerce growth, performance marketing and brand visibility across multiple online channels. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape data‑driven strategies that enhance customer acquisition and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the hotel’s digital and e‑commerce strategy across brand.com, microsites, OTAs, GDS and Luxury Consortia.
• Oversee performance agencies, ensuring data‑rich optimisation of paid and organic campaigns.
• Manage website and microsite vendors to deliver seamless, high‑conversion user journeys.
• Coordinate SEO and SEM initiatives to maximise organic reach and paid efficiency.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on OTA communications and pricing alignment.
• Lead social media strategy, content creation and agency coordination to boost engagement.
• Identify and evaluate new digital partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital strategy, e‑commerce or performance marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Familiarity with Accor’s values and commitment to sustainable performance.
