Southeast Asia Associate Manager – Pasta & Condiments

About the role

Barilla Singapore is looking for a marketing leader to drive the Pasta & Condiments portfolio across the Southeast Asia cluster. Reporting to the Pasta & Condiments Director APAC, you will be based in Singapore and responsible for implementing three‑year and annual plans, including innovation, to grow brand penetration and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of marketing strategies, budgets, pricing, promotions and communication plans in collaboration with distributors and agencies.
• Manage the operational implementation and tracking of annual plans to achieve brand share growth and profitability.
• Develop and launch new innovations together with regional R&D, external partners and the Business Partner.
• Oversee digital and in‑store strategies, including editorial planning and content creation with agencies and chefs.
• Coordinate market research, packaging adjustments and label editing, working closely with supply‑chain and external suppliers.
• Partner with finance to monitor category P&L, market spend and ROI, ensuring compliance with group policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Resilient, positive “can‑do” attitude with ability to combine hands‑on execution and strategic thinking.
