Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager (FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager (FP&A) to join Surbana Jurong’s finance team in Singapore. The role will support both internal management and group reporting by preparing forecasts, analysing results and partnering with business units to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast reports for internal management and group reporting.
• Analyse financial results, identify business drivers and comment on variances against budget/forecast.
• Partner with business units in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial reasonableness.
• Develop strategies and recommendations to improve growth and profitability.
• Provide market and business insights, and support financial modelling for proposals and decision‑making.
• Review existing policies and processes, acting as a conduit between stakeholders and finance teams.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects aimed at improving efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across divisions and regions.
• Detail‑oriented with solid business acumen.
