Assistant Manager, Demand Planning, SEA

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Demand Planning for SEA will own the end‑to‑end demand planning process across multiple sales channels and brands. You will generate the unconstraint demand signal that drives purchasing, inventory management and capacity planning, directly influencing sales and contribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high performance and adherence to local and global timelines in the demand planning process.
• Manage demand planning using SCM‑APO and AFS‑SCA and produce Business Intelligence reports for purchasing.
• Validate data integrity, cleanse data, and resolve integration issues between RMA, SCM‑APO, AFS‑SCA and MicroStrategy.
• Validate marketing range and RMA forecasts per channel and participate in demand review meetings.
• Drive consensus on unconstraint demand across channels and brands through meetings with marketing and commercial teams.
• Document and challenge forecast assumptions using market data and industry statistics.
• Define, review, adjust and finalize the Demand Planning Signal before sending to purchasing.
• Measure and report forecast accuracy (DPA) at market, brand, channel and article levels.
• Conduct in‑season forecasting analysis, unconsumed demand analysis and release excess demand as required.
