About the role
The Assistant Manager will strengthen Great Eastern’s internal and external communications by creating content that resonates with younger audiences. The role also supports the execution and storytelling of CSR programmes, turning on‑the‑ground activities into compelling narratives for multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Bring a younger‑audience perspective to the team’s messaging.
- Participate in CSR programme execution and translate activities into ongoing narratives.
- Adapt CSR stories for internal, external and platform‑specific formats.
- Review Mandarin translations for customer communications and ensure quality.
- Collaborate across functions to maximise story reach.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, media or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Strong storytelling instinct and detail‑orientation.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with content‑management and production tools.
- Experience using AI‑assisted content creation tools.
