Assistant Manager / Manager, Capability Development (Airport Operations)

About the role

Join Changi Airport to shape the future workforce of airport operations. You will lead learning and capability‑building initiatives that help staff adapt to digital, automated and data‑driven environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programmes that strengthen systems thinking, problem‑solving, innovation and digital competencies across the Airport Management Cluster.
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, hackathons and action‑learning initiatives to support transformation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify future skill requirements and close capability gaps.
• Support technology adoption by enabling teams to prototype solutions using low‑code platforms, generative AI, dashboards and analytics tools.
• Translate emerging technology trends into practical learning interventions, emphasizing resilience and contingency planning.
• Manage end‑to‑end learning programmes, from needs analysis to evaluation, while overseeing governance, budgets and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3‑5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Organisational Development or Operations Transformation.
• Proven experience supporting digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme management skills.
• Good understanding of emerging technologies and ability to upskill non‑technical staff.
• Curious, proactive and passionate about people development.
• Bonus: experience with Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, innovation challenges or aviation environments.
