Assistant Marketing Manager – EdTech (Onsite, Full‑time)

About the role

Vertical Institute is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support and drive integrated digital and growth marketing initiatives for both B2C and B2B audiences in the EdTech space. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, handling campaigns, projects, experiments, communications, partnerships, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B channels.
• Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating timelines, content, events, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, turn data into actionable recommendations, and resolve execution gaps.
• Design and run structured growth experiments across the acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Analyse channel and campaign data to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage the EDM calendar, segment audiences, and optimise email performance metrics.
• Operate WhatsApp Business API, creating automated communication flows and lead‑capture workflows.
• Identify and develop corporate, media, and brand partnerships; support PR initiatives.
• Maintain project calendars, track deliverables, owners, and deadlines.

Required profile

• Direct marketing experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or Learning.
• Hands‑on marketer comfortable moving between strategy, execution, analytics, and project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
