Business Operations and Growth Lead, Asia

About the role

Airbnb is building a dedicated capability to own how Asia operates and delivers growth. Based in Singapore, this senior role leads business reporting, growth lever delivery, and cross‑functional roadmaps across Japan, Korea, India and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations and delivery of regional growth levers, including go‑to‑market, measurement and optimisation.
• Own the regional business reporting structure, inputs and cadence for both regional and global audiences.
• Manage the cross‑functional roadmap across supply, product, payments, policy, brand and growth marketing, driving accountability through collaboration.
• Develop AI‑enabled automation for reporting, insight delivery and recurring operations to scale team output.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of operational programs, synthesize data and trends into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting or program management, preferably in a marketplace or OTA environment.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country programs across varying maturity levels and time zones.
• Strong track record building and running business operating cadences for distributed organisations.
• Exceptional cross‑functional orchestration in a matrixed setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
