Associate – External Audit (2026 Graduate)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Assurance & Advisory team as an Associate in External Audit. You will work on a variety of audit, accounting and regulatory engagements, gaining exposure to diverse industries and learning from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assurance and testing work for a diversified client portfolio across various industries.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and managers to deliver high‑quality audit, accounting and regulatory services.
• Assist in advisory projects related to IPOs, internal controls, IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or an equivalent professional qualification.
• No prior work experience required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and resilience to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
