Regional Head – APAC Investor Relations (Distribution)

About the role

Greenstone is seeking a senior APAC Investor Relations professional to lead and scale its regional distribution platform. Based in Singapore, the role will drive investor coverage and fundraising across Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capital raising initiatives across private equity, private credit, real assets, infrastructure and other alternative strategies.
• Build and strengthen relationships with institutional allocators, including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, private banks, EAMs and family offices.
• Act as the senior point of contact for global fund manager partners in the region.
• Position and present private market strategies to sophisticated investors.
• Drive pipeline activity, roadshows and investor engagement across key markets.
• Help shape and execute the broader APAC growth strategy.
• Support development and management of the regional Investor Relations team.
• Implement best practices, processes and structures to support a scalable platform.

Required profile

• A well‑established institutional investor network across APAC, especially in Singapore, Korea, Japan and Hong Kong.
• Proven experience in fund placement, institutional sales, investor relations or private markets distribution.
• Strong understanding of private markets and alternative investment strategies.
• Track record of successfully raising capital from sophisticated APAC allocators.
• Experience managing GP relationships and representing global investment managers.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management capability.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on execution levels.
