Associate Producer – Live Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Associate Producer to support the full production cycle of live shows and events across Singapore and international markets. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with artists, venues, vendors and internal teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time productions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing live performances, concerts and events, handling scheduling, venue coordination and vendor management.
• Liaise with international artists, their management, and local suppliers to align on riders, technical requirements and deliverables.
• Support budget preparation, tracking, reconciliation and processing of payments.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, work permits and logistics for artists and production crews.
• Apply for necessary government permits on behalf of productions.
• Partner with marketing and ticketing teams to synchronize event timelines and promotional assets.
• Maintain production documentation such as run‑of‑show schedules, technical riders, contact lists and post‑event reports.
• Oversee on‑site operations, troubleshoot real‑time issues and ensure safety and smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Arts Management, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in live event or concert production, preferably with international touring artists.
• Hands‑on experience in venue liaison, vendor management and on‑site show execution.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with artists, stakeholders and cross‑cultural teams.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
