Associate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Randstad is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join its Singapore team. You will receive direct mentorship from an experienced manager and collaborate across regional markets, helping clients build high‑quality, diverse workforces.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise internal databases and external channels to identify and select talent for specialised functions or industries.
• Screen, qualify and assess candidates for fit with job requirements, organisational culture and personality.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by providing market intelligence and industry insights.
• Coordinate interviews, manage expectations and conduct reference checks.
• Stay informed on market and sector trends to support both client and candidate development.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit or a related field.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with excellent communication skills and a drive for business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and external sourcing channels.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑facing capabilities.
