About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to join our team across Singapore. The role focuses on building relationships with clients and candidates, supporting the full recruitment cycle, and driving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
Understand job descriptions and shortlist or attract quality candidates.
Engage in active sourcing and headhunting to proactively find suitable talent.
Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate client‑candidate interviews to ensure a full service experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile
